How do I update my payment information?

The first step is to cancel your existing subscription. To do this please follow the instructions on how to cancel your existing subscription.

Once your subscription is cancelled then you can use your membership until the expiration date (renewal date of your subscription).

Once your account has expired then the system will notify you that your account is expired and ask you to update your membership.

While you are logged in choose a membership from the memberships page and complete the billing information.

** It is very important to do this while you are logged in or use the same email address. This way your account is credited.

Once you do this your membership will be reactivated and the subscription will be linked to your new billing information.
