Adding and Managing Coaches in Your Association Account

After you sign up your association, it's easy to add coaches to your account to and assign them logins so they can login and get started. Please refer to the demo video below and the steps outlined further down the page.

Add a Coach 

  • Log in as the director of the association account
  • Click the "Association" tab
  • Click the "Manage Coaches" link
  • Click the "+Add Coach" button
  • Enter a unique username (eg. HAHA U16 AA)
  • Enter the head coach's email
  • The coach will then get an email with their login information

Add Coach That is Already in the System

If you get a message that a coach already exists in the system then please send us an email with their email address. We will get them linked to your association account.

Removing a Coach from Your Association Account

If you need to remove a coach from your account then click the "remove" link next to their email address on the "Manage Coaches" page. This will not delete their account, it will remove their account from your association account. This coach can then continue their account as an individual or as part of a new association.
