How to Add Coaches to Your Association Account


One of the first things you will want to do after signing up for an association account is to add your coaches. This will grant your coaches full access to the site and your association library. Please follow the steps outlined below or watch this demo video.


  1. Make sure you are logged in as the director on the association account.
  2. Under the “Association” tab click the “Manage Coaches” link.
  3. Click the “+ Add Coach” button at the top of the page.
  4. Fill out the form

Once you have done this the coach will receive an invitation to their email address. They can then follow the instructions in the email to login and start using IHS. They will also show up on your list of active coaches.

What if the coach already has an IHS account?

If the coach already has an account on IHS then the system will notify you that they already have an account. You can click the “Send Invitation” button to send the coach an email that invites them to join the association. If they accept the invitation they will then show up in your list of active coaches.

It is important to note that if they accept your invitation then they will be removed from any other association account that they might be linked to.
